Charls Carroll is an American comedian and content creator who was a member of the sketch comedy group Million Dollar Extreme (MDE) alongside Sam Hyde and Nick Rochefort. Carroll contributed to MDE’s body of absurdist and provocative sketch comedy that developed an online following throughout the 2010s.
Million Dollar Extreme
YouTube Era (early 2010s-2016) Carroll was part of MDE from its early years, contributing to sketch videos uploaded to YouTube that blended surreal humor, absurdism, and transgressive comedy. The group built a following on platforms like YouTube and 4chan, where their style resonated with audiences drawn to unconventional and surreal comedy.
World Peace on Adult Swim (2016) Carroll appeared in Million Dollar Extreme Presents: World Peace, which aired on Adult Swim in 2016. The show featured recurring sketches with satirical and surreal elements. It was canceled after one season.
Independent Content Creation
Post-World Peace Career (2017-Present) Following the cancellation of World Peace, Carroll pursued independent content creation. He launched his own YouTube channel, producing short films and sketches that continued his absurdist comedic style. He has been involved in Bombstrap, a collaborative creative project that produced additional video content.
Carroll expanded into live streaming on Twitch, engaging directly with audiences in real time. He also established a subscription-based content platform through Gumroad, offering exclusive videos, podcasts, and other creative projects to paying subscribers.
