Before “triggering mass user migration to Chinese app RedNote before Trump delays enforcement”

After “TikTok voluntarily suspends U.S. services ahead of ban deadline, amid a surge of users signing up for Chinese app RedNote before Trump delays enforcement.”

Why: "Mass user migration" and "triggering" are more dramatic than the body text, which more neutrally says "many US users signed up." No figures are cited to support "mass"; a neutral rewrite would match the bodys phrasing.

BeforeTikTok voluntarily suspends US services ahead of ban deadline, triggering mass user migration to Chinese app RedNote. Supreme Court upholds sale-or-ban law, but Trump issues 75-day enforcement delay on inauguration day.

AfterTikTok voluntarily suspends US services ahead of the statutory deadline; in the preceding days many US users signed up for the Chinese app RedNote. The Supreme Court upheld the divest-or-ban law on 17 January, and service was restored after Trump signed an order on 20 January directing 75 days of non-enforcement. That delay was extended by further executive orders through 2025, and the law was ultimately satisfied by a US joint venture rather than a shutdown.
